The most pleasant surprise of a summer clear sky is the various clouds. The floating clouds in the early morning, the flowing clouds in the afternoon, and the colorful clouds in the evening. Every frame makes people want to cherish. Therefore, there are many ‘cloud collectors’. While others collect clouds in photo albums, Little U will teach you guys today how to collect clouds in resin and carry them with you.
**Tools and Materials Preparation**
– White ultra-light clay
– Tweezers
– Resin
– Blue colorant
– Glass ball
– Pendant base
– Fishing line
– Glue
– Necklace chain
**Steps**
1. Take a small piece of white ultra-light clay and scrape it into a flocculent shape with tweezers to simulate the shape of a cloud. (PS: You can make several and select the one with the best shape.)
2. Cut a small section of fishing line, insert it into the top of the ‘cloud’, and stick it tightly with glue.
3. Then use glue to bond the fishing line and the pendant base.
4. Prepare the resin. The ratio of Resin A to Resin B is 3:1. Add blue colorant and stir evenly. (PS: It is recommended to add it in small amounts multiple times to avoid the color being too dark.)
5. Let it stand for a while after preparation to wait for the bubbles to disappear.
6. Carefully and slowly pour the prepared resin into the glass ball. (PS: Don’t pour it too full to avoid overflowing when adding the ‘cloud’ later.)
7. Then carefully put the ‘cloud’ into the glass ball.
8. After putting the ‘cloud’ in, the resin will bond the pendant base and the glass ball by itself. Finally, let it stand for more than 12 hours.
9. After it solidifies, string the necklace chain. A DIY clear sky cloud necklace is completed. (PS: Similarly, it can also be made into earrings, pendants and other jewelry.)
Clouds surge and roll, sometimes gathering and sometimes dispersing. I want to collect everything about clouds and know everything about you. If the clouds know, if you know.
